Palm Beach Jewelry
Since 2004, the Presidents’ Day Weekend has always been anticipated in Palm Beach each year as it coincides with the Palm Beach Jewelry and Antique Show. Held every February, this event flies in thousands of jewelry collectors and art connoisseurs not only from the United States, but also around the globe to participate in the annual show. The Palm Beach Jewelry and Antique Show generates an attendance of over 56,000 guests for the five days fair to generate solid sales of over $200 million worth of jewelry items and art works.
The Palm Beach Jewelry and Antique Show was the brainchild of Kris R. Charamonde, Scott Diament and Rob Samuels, young jewelers based in Palm Beach. Actually the show was conceived six years earlier after Charamonde attended a similar show in Las Vegas. The effort of the three pioneers paid off, making the show the biggest gathering of jewelry and antique art collectors worldwide.
With the Palm Beach Jewelry and Antique Show upcoming , hotel occupancies are booked in advance and plane flights to and from Palm Beach are always full to the rafter. Likewise traffic is naturally heavy on the road that leads to the Convention Center and parking problems are unprecedented.
